This service is intended for survivors of SA, DV, other forms of abuse, those in recovery etc. (those seeking something else to get their mind on, a purpose outside of themselves, a release, a quiet space and a safe space).
May include riding but the focus is the general spending time with horses - just hanging out, grooming, helping with care and turnouts, etc.

I'm not a therapist or trained in hippotherapy.
I've been through a lot and horses have helped me live and I'm paying it forward.
